Vacancy Description
- Lead pre-sales technical engagement with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements;
- Develop high-quality customized solutions using China Telecom’s suite of network connectivity services to fulfil customers’ requirements;
- Prepare solution proposals and project writeups to illustrate China Telecom’s value proposition;
- Liaise with external (partners, vendors) and internal (Product, HQ and Branches Office of China Telecom) parties to ensure end-to-end technical solution feasibility;
- Support project delivery teams during implementation and provide post-sales consultation to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction;
- Continuously review and analyse customers’ network performance, proactively proposing enhancements and digital modernization opportunities;
