Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality analytical solutions using specialist platforms including Appian, Salesforce, and PEG
Build and maintain data pipelines and models using Hadoop, Spark, SAS, and AWS services (S3, Athena, EMR, EC2)
Deliver actionable insights that support customer-centric decision-making across RBB and Insurance business areas
Translate complex data into clear, compelling outputs for stakeholders at all levels
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure analysis aligns with business objectives and customer outcomes
Maintain compliance across all activities while managing internal and external stakeholder relationships

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of hands-on experience with programming languages and data tools: Hadoop, SQL, Spark, SAS, AWS (S3, Athena, EMR, EC2)
Advanced knowledge of Appian, Salesforce, and PEG
