What You Will Do
- Support customers in their digital transformation across areas such as data modelling and architecture, system integrations, platform modernization, and AI-driven solutions.
- Engage in regular discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Translate high-level architectural directions into more concrete guidance for our development teams’ architects and product owners.
- Translate the customer roadmap items into a backlog with sufficient accuracy to be further processed by our development team architects and product owners.
- Produce documentation, technical diagrams, architectural notes, and decision records.
- Work closely with development team’s architects to clarify technical implications, even if you don’t write code yourself.
