Responsibilities The successful candidate will lead the timely preparation and filing of briefs and other pleadings in the Federal courts on behalf of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission under the supervision of the General Counsel. Coordinates litigating positions with the Department of Justice. Provides authoritative advice and assistance to the General Counsel. Provides leadership and guidance to attorneys in the Office of the General Counsel assigned to court litigation and in some cases writes pleadings and present oral arguments.
