Sole Stewardess – 30m+ Sailing Yacht

We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a beautiful 30m+ private sailing yacht based in mainland Spain.

Start Date: 7th July 2026

Location: Mainland Spain

Salary: €4,000 per month

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Stew on a 24–35m yacht
• Previous sailing yacht experience is essential
• Confident managing all aspects of the interior independently
• Strong housekeeping, service and organisational skills
• Flexible, proactive and happy working in a small team environment

The yacht is currently for sale, so summer plans remain somewhat uncertain. We anticipate a mixture of owner trips, sea trials and prospective buyer viewings, requiring the vessel to be maintained to a high standard and ready at short notice.
