About the Role
We're hiring 3 experienced Solder Assemblers to join a precision electronics manufacturing team working on complex, high-mix/low-volume PCB assemblies. You'll be hands-on every day — reworking advanced components, operating X-ray inspection equipment, and maintaining the highest workmanship standards in an ESD-controlled environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform SMT and through-hole assembly on complex printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Remove, replace, and repair bottom-terminated components (QFNs, BGAs, LGAs) using hot-air pencils, hot plates, and rework tools
- Execute precise reflow, pre-heat, and cooling cycles following component-specific thermal profiles
