Compensation: DOE + $140/Day Per Diem

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Safety Manager to support a large-scale utility solar farm project in Mississippi County, AR. This role is ideal for a safety professional with solid construction safety experience who is looking to continue growing their career in renewable energy. Candidates with solar project experience are strongly preferred, along with environmental compliance knowledge.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, field-focused safety leader who takes ownership of the safety culture, identifies risks before incidents occur, and drives continuous improvement throughout all phases of construction.
