Solar O&M Lead: Asset & Performance Champion

Pekat RE Maintenance Sdn Bhd seeks a Solar O&M Assistant Manager (Mandarin Preferred) to lead the O&M function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure reliable service delivery. As Head of O&M, you will coordinate Technical C&I, Monitoring, Engineering, Procurement, and Safety teams across sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years PV/site experience or 5+ years in eng/ops, and strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
