Solar Installer

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with ground-mounted and roof mount solar installations under the supervision of a foreman.
+ Haul and move solar materials, equipment, and components safely across the job site.
+ Use hand tools to assemble solar panels, racking, and related structures according to instructions and project specifications.
+ Support the installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems, including basic setup and alignment of panels and racking.
+ Follow construction site safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the field.
+ Assist electricians and installers as needed with basic tasks related to solar inverters and electrical components, within allowed scope.
+ Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, site preparation, and cleanup.
