We are actively seeking an experienced Support and Operations Manager. As the Support and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our software projects, providing critical support, and optimizing overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Management qualification Experience More than 10 years’ experience within Support and Operations environment. Proven experience in a support and operations management role, preferably within the Electricity industry. Strong understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies.
