My client, a global organisation, is looking for a Software Support Analyst who can speak Spanish. The role involves delivering software support for bespoke Business Applications, maintaining knowledge base articles, investigating and documenting defects (possibly using SQL), supporting incident documentation, identifying process automation opportunities, collaborating with technical teams and customers, escalating changes, running audit reports, and occasional travel for system implementations and training.
