Our client is a global software provider looking to expand their Managed Services team. They are looking for a Software Fix Manager to lead and manage the technical defect resolution process.
Responsibilities Enhancement of problem triage Technical diagnosis of live system issues Code fixing and testing Data fix production and testing Production & validation of Program Temporary Fixes (PTF) and Service Packs Assistance with deployment of fixes to live customer environments Part of the escalation path for out of hours emergency fix resolution to meet customer SLAs Input ‘lessons learned’ to the development and test teams, and Service Desk operations Qualifications Communicate directly with customer resources to progress requirements and ensure minimal disruption and delay to the lifecycle ...Ready to Apply?
