Position: Computer Operator

As a Computer Operator, you will operate complex computer systems, perform batch operations per service agreements, analyze first‑level issues across systems, and resolve or route incidents as appropriate. You will also develop support system management processes tailored to customer requirements to deliver high‑quality service.
