They have built a platform that resolves millions of customer inquiries across chat, email, and voice, in every language, around the clock. The culture is in-office, high-velocity, and unambiguously excellent. You’ll join the Engineering department responsible for deploying mission-critical AI agents directly to enterprise customers. This is end-to-end ownership: you’ll take agents from initial implementation through to continuous iteration in production, working directly with customer stakeholders across industries.
