Software Engineer – Department: Technology – Location: London (3 days in office).
We are seeking a full‑stack Software Engineer who will help build tools to make partner performance accessible and understandable, enabling partners to increase their impact. The role involves working across domains, delivering solutions, and applying a test‑and‑learn approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast‑moving team on high‑visibility projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine ideas and deliver innovative solutions across team boundaries.
- Participate in technical exploration and prototyping, turning ambiguous concepts into tangible software.
- Contribute to technical discussions and shape the direction of new features.
- Take ownership of features from concept to production support.
- Apply JET‑wide architecture best practice and drive improvements in team standards.
