Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations for Lenovo Supply Chain Sales Order and Billing processes.

Provide troubleshooting support for business-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Deliver customer support and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.

Support and maintain SAP S/4HANA and related systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Job Requirements

• Master supply chain business running, more than 1 year SAP SD module daily operation or project implementation experience, master SD include frontend operation and system configuration.
• Familiar with integration knowledge such as IDoc/EDI.
• Experienced in SAP ABAP will be added advantage.
• Familiar with Java, Python, Splunk related skills will be added advantage.
• Job nature will required to work on shift arrangement due to need to deal with US time-zoned clients.
