Role Overview As a Senior/Lead Custom Software Engineer, you will act as a technical authority and team anchor, designing and developing high-performance, custom software solutions. You will combine advanced Java engineering with Agile practices to deliver scalable applications, while taking accountability for team decisions, managing performance, and collaborating across multiple engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
