About the Role
:The role is well suited for candidates coming from either a Data & Analytics background or an Endpoint Engineering background who can combine technical expertise with analytics and visualization to improve digital workplace outcomes.
This role helps Gartner IT move from reactive support to proactive issue prevention by identifying friction points, automating repeatable work, enabling remediation, and supporting communication campaigns that improve employee behavior and technology outcomes.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work with complex datasets, and the ability to boil technical data down into simple, actionable stories that help teams understand what is happening, why it matters, and what should be done next.
What You’ll Do:
Data & Analytics Engineering
Build and maintain DEX data pipelines using Nexthink, NQL, Microsoft Intune telemetry, and automation outputs.
