Seller Fees Tech (SFT) Bangalore is one of Amazon's newest engineering organizations, formed in October 2025 with a clear mandate: build and own the financial systems that power how over two million sellers are charged, incentivized, and rewarded across Amazon's global marketplaces. We are not a satellite team executing on upstream designs. Every architecture call, technical strategy, and delivery milestone across our four charters is owned end-to-end from Bangalore.

As an SDM here, you won't be inheriting a stable system to operate. You'll be leading a foundational transformation — rebuilding how Amazon's seller fee and incentive platform works, at scale, from the ground up.
