About the Role

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team in the Selection Circularity engineering pillar within Selection Excellence Technology (SET), part of EU INTech. This role owns the technical delivery for Amazon's circular economy, sustainability, and repair initiatives across European stores.

You will lead a team of software development engineers and applied scientists building the technology that helps customers make informed, sustainable purchasing decisions and enables sellers to participate in circular commerce at scale. Your work will directly impact how millions of EU customers discover product durability, environmental scores, repair options, and compliance with evolving EU sustainability regulations (ECGT, Digital Product Passport, Environmental Score).
