We are standing up a new effort focused on managing Amazon's agentic conversations at scale. Every day, builders generate millions of sessions across AI coding tools - the complete record of what they asked, what agents did, and what tools and resources they accessed.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how thousands of engineers work with AI. As an SDE II, you will build the infrastructure layer that connects generative AI to the daily work of Amazon builders - from the APIs agents call, to the platforms teams use to ship new AI capabilities company-wide, to the data pipelines that turn raw agent sessions into the signal that makes every tool better.
