Software Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer with a strong focus on backend engineering to join the Paragon K8aaS engineering team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java-based backend development, distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and Kubernetes platforms.

Make an impact by

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and support cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes platforms
• Develop and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to platform engineering initiatives for K8aaS
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, SREs, and product teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide production support when required
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability
