Software Calibration & Validation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Software Calibration & Validation Specialist to lead calibration, validation, and release of embedded braking software features for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles to join our team specializing in Engineering for our location in Troy, MI. This role will translate system requirements, performance targets, and regulatory standards into production-ready calibrations and validated software releases.

+ **Product Reliability & Failure Prevention:** I will proactively identify potential product failure modes, interfaces, functional interactions, and root causes using structured failure analysis methodologies, helping improve product reliability, reduce risk, and prevent issues before they reach customers.
