Job Description
This role is based in Mokopane, Limpopo.
Drive a zero-harm culture across all SED activities by embedding safety as a non-negotiable foundation of planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure disciplined application of the Safety and Health framework through clearly defined standards, controls, and accountabilities across employees, contractors, and community-facing programmes.
Ensure that all SED initiatives are executed within a risk‑controlled environment, balancing development impact with operational safety considerations, and reinforcing behaviours that protect people, assets, reputation, and the organisation’s social licence to operate.
Lead by example in fostering a culture of accountability, vigilance, and care, where safety is actively owned, continuously improved, and embedded in decision‑making at all levels of function.
