Responsibilities
- Carry out the Code of Social Work Practice (CSWP) related operations according to the CSWP manual & practice guide
- Facilitate casework, groupwork & community work
- Plan, implement & evaluate activities/programmes based on assessed needs for the individual, family & community
- Knowledge of social policies, social work interventions & community engagement
- Strong analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Must be proficient in MS office software
- Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work (Candidates with other disciplines will not be considered)
- Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
