Social Worker (Potong Pasir)

As a Social Worker, you will be required to

• Conduct needs and risk assessments for intakes
• Provide casework management for clients
• Conduct analysis, plans and implements programmes and services to meet client’s needs
• Review needs to plan and conduct group work to address issues of target groups
• Collaborate with other agencies to pool resources for clients
• Scan the environment and community need to develop community development initiatives
• Any other job tasks may be assigned, if needed
