Job summary
As a Children and Young persons (CYP) social worker working across the inpatient and day service provision, you will play a crucial role across health & social care systems by providing social work intervention, advice and support to patients, carers and families with a variety of complex mental health need. The post holder will form part of a social work structure across CYPS, working within and alongside a multi-disciplinary team.The post holder will deliver evidenced based Social Work interventions, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care by promoting positive social and environmental outcomes
