Comunilife Inc. is looking for a Social Worker-Mental Health Counselor for its residential program in the Bronx, La Central. The Social Worker-Mental Health Counselor provides supportive services for clients at La Central Residence. Responsibilities include completing mental health and psychosocial assesments, collaborating in the development and implementation of service plan(s), and providing culturally competent and empathetic direct services that support the client’s recovery, vocational, interpersonal goals.
