With massive improvements being made, the Child Protection & Court team are looking for experienced Social Workers with a safeguarding background to join the service.

Managers have been praised on their leadership approach as they are there to support you when you need it, there’s no micro managing or feeling like there’s a microscope on you.

Caseloads have also been capped – allowing you to work to a manageable level without being over encumbered with reports and family visits.
