Summary About the Position: This is an open continuous announcement. Multiple vacancies exist and may be filled from this announcement at any of the locations listed. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Responsibilities Screen, interview and perform bio-psychosocial evaluations on behavioral health patients. Provide targeted assessments and evaluations to include diagnostic impressions. Formulate behavioral health interventions and assist with implementation and monitoring of treatment plans. Provide on-going consultation services for patients who require on-going monitoring and follow-up where appropriate. Provide concise and timely documentation of care and recommendations in patient's medical record.
