Permanent Role with A local Authority Job Purpose As a Social Worker within the Children with Disabilities Team, you will support children and young people with disabilities and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will carry out holistic assessments, develop and coordinate tailored support plans, and work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to safeguard children, promote their wellbeing, and help them reach their full potential. Using a restorative and relationship-based approach, you will ensure the voice of the child remains central to all decision-making while delivering high-quality, person-centred social work practice.
