Social Work Team Leader - Leaving Care
The Leaving Care/Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) Team sits within our Permanency Service, this service is made up of the Leaving Care/UASC Team, Permanency Team, Fostering Team and the Adoption Team.
