About the Social Work Team It is a lean work team consisting of social work practitioners, who manage a diverse range of cases addressing issues including homelessness, financial hardship, employment difficulties, lack of access to education and basic needs, system barriers, caregiving stress, etc. The team also manage cases and referrals to and from other CWS centres, depending on the needs of the clients and relevant services catered to their needs. The team expects individuals to be self-motivated, have the flexibility and adaptability to operate in their work functions with minimal face-to-face supervision, and have the passion to serve clients in a timely and empathic manner.
