Social Senior Account Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Social Account Manager, you'll partner closely with the Account Director to lead the day‑to‑day running of one or more client accounts, ensuring work not only gets delivered seamlessly, but continuously evolves to deliver stronger business and creative outcomes.

You'll act as the operational lead across the account, managing a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Executives while bringing together Strategy, Creative, Production, Community Management, Data & Analytics and Media teams to deliver integrated social work. Beyond delivery, you'll play a key role in shaping the account's commercial health, strategic direction and long‑term growth.
