Social Media & Video Content Creator

We're looking for a creative, hands-on full time contractor to help grow a travel volunteering site's presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You'll help create and test videos that grow reach, engagement and awareness across key social platforms.

Have hands-on experience creating videos for different social platforms
Understand what makes short-form content perform, including hooks, pacing, text overlays, trends and storytelling
Can write strong captions/hooks and turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos
Have a strong eye for visual style and can create content that feels current, natural and brand aligned
Are familiar with travel, backpacking, volunteering, cultural exchange or creator-led lifestyle content
