Social Media Manager

In this role, you will shape how Global Ventures shows up in the world. You will own social and editorial strategy across the firm’s own channels and the personal accounts of its partners, spanning short-form social, long-form video, and audio. This is a strategic role: you set the direction for how the firm’s ideas travel and who they reach.

The through line is judgment. You will take substantive, often dense material, including research, reports, portfolio milestones, events, and founder stories, and turn it into content that lands with the people who matter, from founders and limited partners to co-investors, ecosystem and policy partners, and prospective talent. You will hold a credible voice for the firm and adapt it for individual Partner profiles, keeping everything consistent and distinctive across channels.

You will report to the Communications Team and be based in Dubai.
