Social Media Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Ackermans (CFE and Commercial), driving brand engagement and alignment across categories. This role focuses on creating impactful, on brand content, managing a small team, and analyzing performance. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and optimized campaigns, enhancing Ackermans presence across all digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social media strategy development & execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Align social media efforts with Ackermans CFE, Commercial, CVLM, and digital marketing objectives, ensure accurate reflection in promo grids
