Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across all brands.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Lead day-to-day social media operations.
• Coordinate with Creative, Content, PR, Influencer, and Paid Media teams.
• Monitor community engagement and customer interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone of voice.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media best practices across company-owned and franchise markets.
