Overview

The Social Media & Influencer Executive is responsible for supporting and managing the agency's roster of exclusive digital talents, overseeing day-to-day logistics, including campaign timelines, content planning, payment tracking, and general talent needs. This role ensures talent can scale their personal brands while delivering high-impact results for brand clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between talents and brand clients.
• Manage campaign briefs, schedules, and deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Monitor campaign progress and proactively flag delays or risks to the Talent Manager.
• Maintain accurate talent rate cards, contract terms, and financial transaction records.
• Track payment schedules and partner with the finance team to ensure timely processing.
