About the Role:

This role is split equally between video editing and social media execution. Half your time will be spent editing short-form videos in CapCut. The other half will be spent running CapBay's social media channels — planning content, publishing, engaging with followers, managing KOL relationships, and reporting on performance.

You will also be on camera regularly. We produce educational and brand content in-house, and you will be expected to present and perform without heavy direction.
