Job Description
- Creative conceptualising, strategising, and optimising clients’ monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
- Planning internal team timelines for ideations, deliverables, and reporting
- Being the main point of contact for clients via digital and physical channels when overseeing their account
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Relaying the clients’ needs and wants to our in-house team of creatives (disseminating creative requirements to graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters), performance marketing team, and any other divisions involved
- Proofing any creative work (image, video, or text-based) produced before it is sent to the client
- Compiling monthly analytical social media reports and community management data
- Providing insight and analysis of client social media page performance, with suggestions for improvement regularly
