Responsibilities
Manage the social eco-system of the client including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & YouTube.
Partner with the Digital Assistant Brand Manager and Brand Manager to develop channel-specific strategies, daily and monthly objectives and editorial guidelines. Strong copywriter - Long and Short form.
Review, respond to and moderate customer posts and messages across social channels.
Identify trending topics and content to comment on, create nimble content around (image, caption on image, live cast or lightweight video) or otherwise respond to.
Work with Marketing Effectiveness to produce a monthly Social dashboard benchmarking the performance of TGL against historical performance and category leaders.
