SOC Analyst (with experience) - 100% remote (Boiro)

Position Overview

We are looking for an L1 SOC Analyst to contribute to a cybersecurity client project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incidents using playbooks, adapting to variations when standard steps may not apply.
• Use tools such as Palo Alto XSOAR, Palo Alto XDR, ProofPoint, Microsoft services, and ServiceNow (SNOW) to investigate and triage incidents.
• Determine whether incidents are true positives or false positives.
• Handle user requests and close incidents in ServiceNow when approval already exists.
