[SO] Sample Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SamCo to manage end-to-end sample orders and coordinate across global teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth sample delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Manage sample orders from request to delivery (order creation, confirmation, tracking) 
• Coordinate with global plants and cross-functional teams (Japan, Vietnam, global stakeholders) 
• Monitor delivery status and proactively handle delays or issues 
• Support escalation handling and prioritization of urgent orders

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above | Good English communication 
• Strong coordination and communication skills in a global environment
