Snr/Lead Exec (ELP Implementation) - Admissions & Acad Affairs Dept

To support institution-wide implementation of the Enhanced Learning Pathways (ELP) framework by ensuring consistent interpretation of guidelines, coordinated implementation across schools, and alignment with Senate-approved parameters.

• Coordinate the implementation of ELP across schools and relevant units, supporting schools in aligning pathway offerings with approved frameworks, templates, and approval authorities.
• Act as the business owner for ELP requirements in systems development, working with the Digital Solutions & Services Department to define business rules and workflow requirements for ELP‑related system enhancements, and validate functional specifications to ensure system design and behaviour align with approved policy intent.
