Fantastic Opportunity for a customer focused and experienced Senior Service and Warranty Site Manager to join our Queensland Building team, working between Ipswich to Toowomba/ Logan area.
Your responsibilities will include: Ensure that all customers receive prompt responses and follow up to all matters raised and ensure that commitments given are resolved in a timely mannerCompleting Inspections in Customers' homes after the Service period finishes, or when a new Warranty case is registered, to qualify defects and disqualify non defects and create scope of works for repairs with costings.
