Job Summary
Responsible for supporting SMT PCBA manufacturing by improving production processes, troubleshooting engineering issues, conducting process validation, and optimizing SMT equipment to ensure quality and production efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, process standards, and quality requirements
- Improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues
- Monitor production yield and implement corrective actions
- Conduct engineering trials and process validation
- Define stencil specifications and fixture requirements
- Coordinate the setup, qualification, and optimization of SMT equipment, including Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place Machines, Reflow Oven, and AOI
