SMT Manufacturing Supervisor

About the Position:

Manufacturing SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Supervisor in the Electronic Systems Plant Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Production Unit Manager, based in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Production Oversight: Supervise and manage SMT production lines, ensuring efficient operation and meeting production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians; conduct training and development programs to enhance skill levels and productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality, ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and implement systems to improve quality.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and use data analysis to monitor trends and recommend corrective actions.
