Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SmartComm Developer with of hands-on experience in SmartComm Platform to design, develop, and support customer communication solutions. The role involves building scalable, high-quality document generation solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using SmartComm.
• Develop and enhance templates, layouts, rules, scripts, and content libraries .
• Implement batch and real-time document generation solutions.
• Work with XML, XSLT, and data mapping for document composition.

Integration & Technical Design

• Integrate SmartComm with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, Core systems, ECM, Archive).
• Develop solutions using SmartComm Designer, Design Manager, and Communications Server .
