Small Works Manager | London | Up to £65,000 + £6,825 Car Allowance + Bonus
Ready to move beyond delivering the work and start shaping how it is delivered? This could be your next step if you are a BMS Service Engineer who has become the person trusted with small works, extra works, remedial or upgrade projects, or a Project Engineer or Project Manager who wants to lead a dedicated small works function.
You will have ownership of T&M and small works delivery, with the authority to organise engineers, manage customers and protect the commercial performance of each job. Your contribution will be visible, and there is genuine scope to build your career through promotion or lateral movement across a larger organisation.
